

I know I shouldn't be too disappointed, but I am...I'm trying to be positive, but I put on 0.1kg this week. I know it's only 0.1kg, but I was really counting on a loss today.
I actually was at home sick today, I must have eaten something bad, as I felt really nauseous this morning and then got a really bad case of Diarrhea...I ended up having to take tablets for it as I was in a lot of pain...So when I got weighed, I just knew I hadn't lost weight, as I was feeling really bloated and sick...
Then there's the fact that I weighed in somewhere different tonight. The WW girl told me if they are electronic scales it should only differ by 0.1 - 0.2kg, never more than that, so I don't know...
I guess what I've learnt is that the combination of the week at the live-in course, the night out on Friday night and very little exercise was not a good combination. One of those factors may have been ok, but not all 3.
So my goals for this week are:
1. Stick to points each day and track them
2. Exercise 5 times a week
3. Make sure I'm eating the right amount of fruit and vegies each day.
4. Drink my water
Hopefully I'll be back losing again...
