

I went to Weight Watchers tonight. My first meeting. I knew the weigh-in wasn't going to be good...but I wasn't expecting it to be that bad either...I realise I've been away and I wasn't doing any exercise and wasn't eating that great...But I was only away for a week and I was exercising and eating pretty well for how long before that? About 2 or 3 months....And the result...143.7kg...I can't believe it....I've been thinking about my long term goals and have been thinking in the region of 50-60kg...Try 80kg...sigh...That's ok...I know I'll get there...but damn....I have to lose over 40kg before I get below 100kg? That's a little depressing....
I'm breaking up my weight loss into 8 goals of 10kg each...I'm going to reward myself with something special after each goal is achieved....
And this...this is the journey of me finding that princess within....
