

I lost 1.8kg (3.96 Pounds) tonight!! I'm so happy...I'm back on track...The exercise has definitely made a difference. That's a total of 5.7kg (12.54 Pounds) in 4 weeks. I feel so good. I'm noticing changes in my clothes already! I have to buy a new pair of black pants for work, because the ones I've been wearing, look really baggy and bad now. I had a comment from a friend that she could tell I've lost weight... I tried on a few items of clothes today and could definitely feel the difference in the way they fit...This is after only 5.7kg...imagine how much of a difference 10 or 15 or 20 will make! I'm very excited!!
I did record time on the cross training machine at gym today... 37.5 minutes! Working my way up to 40, then 45 minutes!!
