

Day 3 completed successfully...I worked out I've only been eating 18 points a day, even though I'm allowed 22 this first week....
I'm feeling slightly hungry tonight after a much smaller dinner than normal, but I'm keen to train my body to get used to these smaller meal sizes. I would normally eat double what I had tonight.
Last night I was successful in not eating anything at my home group....One of the girls even made sausage rolls from scratch and I did't even try one...Nothing...I was very proud of myself...
Went to the gym today. 30 minutes on the cross trainer and about 15 mintues weight training...
Good news...My heel was 1000 times better this morning when I woke up. I think it was the Nurofen I took last night...apparently they are anti-inflammatory...They certainly seemed to do the trick! Yay! Still have a specialist's appointment tomorrow as my heel is still not 100% My boss said I can have the afternoon off as my appointment is at lunch time, so probably won't get to the gym tomorrow...Will go Monday though before I get weighed on Tuesday night.
I'm feeling so good after only 3 days...I've got more energy and feel generally healthier and in a better mood....
The key is being organised enough to prepare meals etc and I always feel better and achieve more in all areas of my life when I'm organised...feeling good...
Off to do some guitar practice and work on some lyrics I'm writing....
