

Today was a challenge...And I overcame it!!
Went to the gym today and did 36 minutes on the cross training machine...It was hard, but it felt really good to be back exercising again.
We had a meeting at work this afternoon and afterwards they provided drinks and all my favourite foods...fried calamari, prawn cutlets, spring rolls, chicken drumettes, samosa, potato wedges...So much yummy food...and I was starving and it all smelt so good...You know what I had? About 6 celery sticks with no dip...I didn't even eat one piece of yummy food...It was hard...but I did it!!
Now tomorrow is another challenge...It's a friend Hen's day...There's 17 of us taking a coach to the Hunter Valley, wine tasting! They provide lunch too....so that's concerning me, as I'm not sure what they're going to have....Then there's all that red wine I'll have to resist...My flatmate also made lolly bags for everyone...I got to choose my own lollies and have about 3 or 4 points worth of lollies which is nothing compared to everyone else...sigh....I'm determined to be good this week though!!
